I am a born and raised Iowan (Go Hawks)! I moved to Florida in 2022 after graduating from Drake University with my doctorate in occupational therapy. I've worked with both pediatric and geriatric populations in outpatient and acute/inpatient settings. I have a passion for holistic health and wellness and helping others incorporate healthy habits into their daily life. In my free-time you can find me with my baby boy at the beach, a park, or on a run! I love to spend my time soaking up the sun and staying active.
